Please follow this link to book your move-out inspection. Please note that all leases terminate as of noon on the last day of the tenancy month. The move-out inspection must be completed before that time.

Cleaning & Fees

The Cleaning Check List is provided by Premium Rentals to let you know what cleaning is required in order to get the unit back to its original state. Please note that, if applicable to your unit, all carpets are to be professionally cleaned. Receipts must be provided during the move out inspection. Feel Free to use this cleaning checklist to assist you in your cleaning.
