Please follow this link to book your move-out inspection. Please note that all leases terminate as of noon on the last day of the tenancy month. The move-out inspection must be completed before that time.
You can also book a Pre-Move Out Inspection. The Pre-Move Out Inspection is for helping us prepare the unit for the following tenant as well as assisting you with any concerns that may be a risk of losing your security deposit.
Use this button to Book the Elevator for your move out. This books the elevator for you use to exclusively move out for 2 and a half hours. Please get the keys to the elevator 24 hours before elevator booking.
The Cleaning Check List is provided by Premium Rentals to let you know what cleaning is required in order to get the unit back to its original state. Please note that, if applicable to your unit, all carpets are to be professionally cleaned. Receipts must be provided during the move out inspection.
