If you are a current Premium Rentals resident and you require maintenance in your home, please fill out the following form, providing as much detail as possible, and someone will contact you.

    Please note that our response times for maintenance requests will be slower than usual to make sure we follow proper Protocol. If you request is an emergency is will still be handled as promptly as possible. Before we enter your suite, please notify us if you are experiencing any COVID related symptoms, have been in contact with anyone that has tested positive COVID for the last 14 days, or have traveled outside of the province within 14 days.
  • Please ensure that all pets are safely secured while your home is being serviced.
  • We will contact you to confirm service details.
  • Please clear the area in order for our staff to work. If necessary, please remove all personal items from any appliances that require service (eg. dishes, clothing, etc.).
