For qualified tenants, our security deposit is typically $899. On our furnished units, the security deposit varies depending on the building location and the size of the suite. We offer convenient 4, 6, and 12 month terms on our market suites. For those interested, we also offer the flexibility of month to month leases. For our affordable housing residents, we have 6 and 12 month lease options.

All of our buildings welcome families. For those who are more interested in adult-only living, we also offer some floors at our Village at the Hamptons location which cater only to adults.
