I/we hereby certify that all statements made in this application are true and I/we hereby authorize Premium Rentals (Hereinafter called "Premium Rentals" shall include employees and agents of "Premium Rentals") to conduct a personal investigation/credit check and to contact any person identified in this Rental Application. The failure by Premium Rentals to obtain an accurate and satisfactory credit report may, in Premium Rentals sole discretion, adversely affect this application. I/we understand and acknowledge that if the application information provided is incorrect, Premium Rentals may at its option elect to terminate my/our tenancy agreement upon thirty days written notice. I/we hereby acknowledge that I/we must obtain written authorization prior to bringing pets onto the premises and that there is a pet fee required before approval can be granted. In order for Premium Rentals to comply with federal and/or provincial privacy legislation, I/we understand that all personal information collected from me/us may be collected, used and disclosed by Premium Rentals for the purpose of my/our application assessment, for the purpose of debt collection, to uphold and maintain the rules and regulations of the property, to evaluate my/our tenancy, to comply with applicable law in the ordinary course of Premium Rentals business, including but not limited to, any refinancing or potential sale of the property.
Premium Rentals hereby acknowledges the receipt of $200 as deposit to be considered as a rental deposit, forfeitable in the event that the applicant does not take occupancy on the commencement date as agreed upon or fails to execute the standard lease agreement when presented for execution. Upon the applicant taking possession of the apartment/townhome, the deposit shall be deemed to be a SECURITY DEPOSIT as defined in the Province of Alberta under the Residential Tenancies Act, cR-17. All cancelled applications will be subject to an administrative fee.
Premium Rentals hereby acknowledges the receipt of $225.00 ($200 as deposit and $25 as application processing fee). $200 deposit to be considered as a rental deposit, forfeitable in the event that the applicant does not take occupancy on the commencement date as agreed upon or fails to execute the standard lease agreement when presented for execution. All cancelled applications will be subject to an administrative fee. Application processing fee of $25.00 is non-refundable regardless of approval or rejection of the application.
